For Couples who like to plan every detail on their own
Basic Full Day Rental Price: $5800
In order for us to give you the best service and experience, this is the minimum required in order to provide for rent, care and cleanup of the property, our back office, and our three essential day of event staff: On Site Coordinator, Security/Shuttle Driver, and an Assistant.
With Basic Full Day Rental, the Couple will supply: Officiant, Photographer(s), Bartender, Caterer, Rental of all necessary items (tables, chairs, glassware, linens, silverware, etc.), Food, Beverages, Tent (if required), and all other vendors.
Also, as in all of our packages, Decorations, as they your own personal touch, are the renters responsibility. Note: If it works with your aesthetic, we do have some items that you may lease from The Maple Grove.

The Weekday Asheville Brunch Wedding Package
Available 8:00 am – 2:30 pm Monday through Thursday.
The Weekday Asheville Matinee Wedding Package
Available 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm Monday through Thursday.

- Tables, table clothes, plates, silverware and glassware
- Chairs for the ceremony and the reception
- Multiple Options for Ceremony Site
- Professional Photographer (2hrs)

- On-Site Coordinator and Staff
- Remote Parking, Shuttle and Security provided
- Pavilion for Dinner/Reception/Party*
